This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Coalport in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 3 3/4 inches. The cup is 1 7/8 inches tall with a diameter of 1 7/8 inches. The set is made of fine bone china.

The ground is completely gilded with a flow blue decoration of cherry blossoms and foliage. The interior of the cup, well of the saucer and handle are all richly gilded.
