Antique Mintons Demitasse Cup & Saucer, Made for Tiffany

  
This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was made in England by Mintons between 1901 and 1911. It was produced especially for Tiffany in New York.

The saucer has a diameter of 4 7/8 inches and the cup is 2 ¼ inches high. It is made of fine, white bone china of the finest quality.

The ground color is deep red. Elaborate raised gilding and bands of thick embossed gold decorate each piece.
