Antique Coalport Demitasse Cup & Saucer, Pink & Gold, Rococo Style
CONDITION: Excellent, without defects of any kind. This porcelain demitasse or expresso cup and saucer was produced in England by Coalport around 1920. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches. The cup is 2 1/8 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches.
It is made of fine bone china. The style of this set is very refined. The rims are slightly contoured. There are ornaments and borders of bright pink. Elaborate gilding encircle each piece.
A lacy gold medallion enhances the well of the saucer. The Post Office requires this.
