The saucers have a diameter of 4 3/4" and a height of 3/4". Formed the trading and decorating company in 1876 which evolved into Noritake. Noritake Company has a rich history of producing porcelain china all the way from January 1, 1904 when the Nippon Toki Kaisha Ltd - the forerunner to the present Noritake Company - was formed in the village of Noritake, a small suburb near Nagoya, Japan with its huge kaolin clay sources. Registry for a Noritake backstamp for importing is 1911. The backstamp on this piece is the blue & warm yellow N-in-Wreath Mark with Noritake China on the top.Under that is "Japan" with the pattern name "Richmond" in a ribbon banner under the wreath. In Collecting Noritake A to Z Art Deco & More, David Spain shows that Noritake substituted Japan for Nippon in their backstamps starting in 1918.
Spain identifies this mark as #63.056 which was registered in 1953. The saucers are marked "Patent Applied For" so this circa is probably early in the time period.
