This listing is for a truly gorgeous Art Deco coffee set by Crown Ducal. It comprises a lidded coffee pot and six demitasse cups and saucers. The designer was Norman Keates, who created it in the early 1920s for A. The design pattern was known variously as'Woodland' and'Pomegranates''Eleven Twelve' (from the pattern numbers) and more recently'Orange Tree. The material used is earthenware, transfer-printed, painted and glazed.

The back stamp indicates:'Crown Ducal England' surmounted by a crown and:'A 1211 Rd. Also letter H and other artisan marks. This set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
