Antique Coalport 1875 81 Cobalt Heavy 24k Gold Demitasse Cup Saucer Late 1800s

  

There is one small chip on the underside of the saucer (see photos). No other chips, cracks, or crazing were noted.

The cup itself is very dainty and displays beautifully. Please review all photos carefully, including measurement images. This exquisite set features a rich cobalt blue ground, lavish heavy raised gold enamel, and elegant scalloped detailing throughout. The petite cup size and ornate gold work make this a standout example of Coalport's finest period production.

Pieces of this caliber and age are increasingly difficult to find, especially in such display-worthy condition. A true collector's piece, perfect for a serious Coalport collection, cabinet display, or as a centerpiece in a curated demitasse grouping.
