Antique Doulton Burslem Demitasse Floral Cup & Saucer Set ca. Offering a beautiful antique hand-painted demitasse flat cup & saucer set by (Royal) Doulton in the pattern #C986. This pattern has hand-painted blue, yellow and pink flowers on a cream background with a brushed bronze border finished with gold trim. Cup measures 2 1/8 high x 2 1/8 in diameter at the rim.

Saucer measures 4 ¼ in diameter. In very good antique condition free of chips, cracks or repairs: there is little to no gold loss or scratching though there is some slight wear on the raised portion of the saucer as shown, which is remarkable for a set of this age. Note the finish of the exterior is much like an eggshell/matte whereas the interior of the cup and base of the saucer has a smooth glaze. A lovely addition to any cup & saucer collection.
