William Lycott decorated demitasse cup and saucer from Atlanta GA on a continental blank. Hand painted floral medallions with gold detail on a cobalt background. No chips or cracks, There are some marks on gold and errant gold paint in spots. Approximate measurements: The saucer is 4 5/8 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 1/4 inches tall and 2 1/8 inches diameter.
