We are offering for your consideration an exquisite, Meissen gold encrusted oak leaf embossed porcelain demitasse cup and saucer. The cup is 2" tall and 3" in diameter at the rim. The saucer is 4 3/4 in diameter.

The raised blank features what looks like oak leaves interspersed with tiny grape clusters. There are no cracks, chips, crazing, or stains.

We do note that there is minor wear to the gold trim on the rims, verge line, and interior of the cup rim. This is honest wear commensurate with the age. It is a stunning set. It is marked on the reverse with the crossed swords mark shown. There is also an impressed number Z52B.

There are no score marks scratched through the crossed swords on both pieces. The plate holder is not included. We have been actively matching fine tableware for thirty years.
