C. 1890 Mintons Pink Cockatrice 2 Demitasse Cup & Saucer Sets #9646 Globe Mark

  
Recent find from a prominent Connecticut estate. Offering a set of six, 2 demitasse cup and saucer sets by Mintons in the Pink Cockatrice pattern. One saucer has a couple chips on the underside rest rim (see last photo). The other rest rims on the saucers and the bottom edge of the cups have some slight roughness. Possibly tiny, micro chips and/or glaze firing blemishes.

Extremely tiny and very insignificant; really have no impact on these pieces. Other than that, no chips, cracks, or crazing. Very light evidence of use with just a touch of discoloration in a cup or two. The colors are vibrant and the glaze has a very nice, high sheen.

All pieces have the same Mintons Globe back mark with just the word :England. Most likely date to the late 1800's. Please review all pictures for design, dimensions and condition. Photos do contain measurements and price listed is for all six sets.
