Coalport T253 Bright Yellow & Raised Beaded Gold Demitasse Cup & Saucer
Coalport T253 Bright Yellow & Raised Beaded Gold Demitasse Cup & Saucer Pretty porcelain bone china demitasse cup and saucer. Decorated in the T253 pattern in a bright yellow with raised and beaded gold floral and scrollwork overlay. Gold handle and gold interior.
Marked on the bottom England Coalport AD 1750 with a crown. This mark was used between 1891 and 1920.
Has crazing typical of bone china and some wear to the gilding, and a tight discolored crack extending off the lip of the cup near the handle. No additional chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 2 3/4 inches wide including the handle x 1 5/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
