Rare Vernon Kilns Bird Pottery Vintage Demitasse Cup/Saucer Bill Stern Estate
This comes from the collection of the late Bill Sterns, founder of Museum of CA Design. Designed in the 1930's by Harry Bird.
In very good condition and signed. Cup has a teeny chip/fleabite-see photo 4. Saucer measures 5 1/4" wide and cup is 1 3/4" tall. Photos 8 & 9 from our reference books. Photos 10 & 11 of Bill Stern's book and LA Times article.
