Royal Doulton Reynard The Fox Porcelain Demitasse SET 4 Cups & Saucers (more)A
The pattern is "Reynard The Fox", issued in 1953 and retired in 1979. The hand painted hunt pattern features crisp white ground with raised red fox, antler handles and rope trim in shape of whips. The pieces are well executed with crisp mold and lifelike detail. There are no chips, lines, stains or crazing.
The cups measure 2 3/8" and have various fox pictures and the saucers are 4 1/2" in diameter. All of the pieces are marked with a green Royal Doulton, England, back stamp.
