Each cup is decorated with a different bird. With gold gilding along the edge. This mark was used starting in 1939. Also marked Rowland Ward Nairobi Kenya. Included are African Hoopoe, Malachite Kingfisher, Tacazee Sunbird, Fine Banded Woodpecker, Black Headed Oriole, and Superb Starling.
