Shelley England Bridal Rose Spray Bone China SET 4 Demitasse Cups & Saucers MINT
The pieces were produced by the Staffordshire works as part of their "Bridal Rose/ Rose Spray" pattern which was introduced in 1940. They are beautifully executed on the Dainty blank which shows crisp mold and fine detail to the fine ribbed / geometric pattern. The English rose transfers show nice color and fine detail against the bright white bone china ground.
The flat cups measure 2 3/8" in height and the saucers are 4 3/4" in diameter. All bear the pictured "Shelley Fine Bone China" green mark and "Bridal Rose" pink band (#13545).
