Beautiful vintage Aynsley English bone china demitasse set featuring a bright yellow ground with ornate gold floral and scroll decoration. Each cup has a gilded handle, gold rim and coordinating decorative saucer. The undersides are marked: Aynsley England Fine English Bone China The cups are also hand-numbered 2869, which appears to be the pattern number. There is some visible rubbing, fading and spotting to the gold trim, particularly around some cup handles, rims and saucer edges.

The pieces also have light surface marks. At least one saucer appears to have a faint line or possible hairline visible on the reverse. Please inspect the close-up photographs carefully. No obvious large chips are visible in the photographs.

Because the set contains gold decoration, hand washing is recommended. It should not be placed in a microwave.
