Vintage Chocolate Pot Set withSugar Bowl, Creamer, 6 Demitasse Cups & Saucers

  

Set is bone china and the maker is not known. The set is in excellent condition and consists of the chocolate pot, sugar bowl, creamer, and six (6) demitasse cups and saucers. The chocolate pot measures 8 inches high (at the highest point) x 9 inches wide (from handle to spout).

The lid is offset in the top, but that only adds to the uniqueness of the set. The chocolate pot holds a little over 4 cups of liquid (enough to fill the demitasse cups once). There is a small stain of some kind on the coffee pot (you can clean that when you get it). The sugar bowl is a little over 2 ½ inches tall X 3 ¾ inches across. The creamer is 3 ¾ inches tall X 2 ¼ inches across. The saucers are 5 inches across. The cups are 2 ½ inches high X 2 ½ inches across (handle not included). The cups hold about ½ cup of coffee. The basic color is bone china white with a gold flower design along the top. The gold is coming off some of the saucers. The edges are also rimmed in gold. The gold looks like it was applied after the firing. Please view all photographs because the photographs are part of the description.
