Four of the saucers are early, non-export stamped variants that perfectly match the pre-1891 timeline of the cups. The remaining four saucers feature the identical type of pattern but include the red overglaze "Made in Germany" export mark c. Details: Every single piece in this set has been meticulously inspected. There are absolutely no chips, hairline cracks, structural fractures, or professional restorations. Gilding & Paint: The hand-painted multi-colored floral bouquets remain vibrant and completely free of scuffs.
The delicate gold drop-and-dot borders along the rims and the heavy gilt work on the butterfly handles are incredibly sharp, showing virtually zero shelf wear or stacking friction. Base Marks: Underglaze blue Richard Klemm Crown ("RK"), underglaze blue Adolf Hamann Crown, incised shape/size codes ("9"), and partial red overglaze McKinley-tariff export stamps. Total Piece Count: 13 pieces (4 Demitasse Cups, 8 Saucers, 1 Creamer).
Due to the incredibly fragile nature of the pierced butterfly-wing handles and fluted porcelain bodies, this set will be packed to elite collector standards.
