Antique Meissen Demitasse Cup, Saucer & Dessert Plate, Floral
This porcelain demitasse cup, saucer and dessert plate was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1880. They are all marked with underglaze crossed swords marks. The plate measures 6 1/4 inches in diameter and the saucer is 4 1/4 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/2 inches.
The set is made of the finest hard paste porcelain. The borders are cobalt blue with gold trim. There are rings of colorful flowers encircling each piece.
