The gold leaf gilding along the rims and the figural butterfly handle remains beautifully bright with minimal age-related rubbing. The demitasse cup is immaculate with no imperfections. The matching mint green saucer has one small chip on the outer gold-gilded rim (clearly documented in photos). However, it still displays beautifully as the chip is localized to the edge and the face of the porcelain is clean. Structurally sound with no chips, cracks, or structural damage to the fragile butterfly handle.
