Rosenthal Demitasse Cup & Saucer, Art Deco, Silver Overlay

  

This porcelain and sterling silver demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Rosenthal around 1940. The diameter of the saucer is 4 ¾ and the cup is 1 ¾ high.

The ground color shades from turquoise blue to black in a dramatic manner. Yellow daffodils with stylized leaves are outlined with sterling silver overlay. The rims and handle are accented with sterling silver. FOR OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US. The Post Office requires this.
